Why do I need to log into the website?   Much like any e-commerce site, WindowClingDesigns allows you to order online. But to make sure the order is processed and delivered to the right person, and to access the secure ordering site, we must have some information about who is placing the order. Which is why you must log in. But don't worry, we do not sell mailing lists or make sales calls or send junk e-mail. You are also welcome to order by phone at 205-310-4400. She and I have been working together for several years, developing new designs all the time and refining the process to make them. Her business offers MANY designs not offered here, COLORS and SIZES are different. She also has a color catalog and show list for the Northeast U.S. available for $2 by mailing a full sized SASE to Peel and Place, 12950 Center Dr., Ocean City, MD 21842 Ph- 410-213-1472 Can the designs be ordered in various colors?   Cling designs are available in many stock colors and color combinations. color combinations may vary through the years, if you need to match up an older cling, you might want to send a photo of the one you have with your order, so we can be sure to match up what you have. You can choose from standard colors available during the shopping cart process. Custom color choices may take longer to make and are generally not returnable. Call us if you need to to order custom designs or colors. Please see color charts for available colors. Some items use more than one color, others are available only as shown ex: christmas designs. How long does it take to receive my order?   Generally orders are processed within 3 weeks, each piece has to be made individually. Often we can mail the order right away, if we have it made already, during fall shows we do the best we can .To check the status of your order, you can use the website to see what stage your order is in. What is the return policy?   Unused items in the original package, in good condition may be returned with receipt within 30 days for store credit on the website.Email for return authorization #. Products are guaranteed for 90 days against manufacturing defects. Due to the handcrafted nature, variations of color or texture are normal. The limited guarantee does not cover misuse or wear and tear. Since we have no control over physical conditions surrounding the application of clings, Jeanie Barber Designs, Inc. disclaims any liability for untoward results. Please read the use and care directions on the back of every label. Custom orders with custom color combinations are not returnable. Returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee and return shipping. Wholesale ordering   We do wholesale. Minimum order is $350. No minimum for concecutive orders. We do respect our other merchants, if you are in the same town as another store owner we may not accept you as a customer. Once you are on our list of wholesale clients, the easiest way to order is to just order from the website and we will adjust your total to reflect the correct pricing. Call us with any questions. We also do custom plexiglass panels that mount right inside the window as an entire panel. We are available in the southeeast and northeast U.S. for on site work.
